Hi! I’m Richard “Rick” Waller, a veteran, transformation coach, and owner of RICH Fitness. From an early age I have been shaped by discipline, structure, and leadership, and for over a decade I have brought those same principles into both group and one-on-one training environments. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I help clients for over a decade do more than improve their physique. I help them build consistency, confidence, and habits that support long term success.

It is about understanding the process, staying accountable, and remaining invested in your progress.
