Hello! My name is Richard Waller, but most people call me Rick. I joined the military at an early age and have spent the majority of my life dedicated to training and fitness. With over 10 years of experience in group and individual fitness training, I have spent the last four years as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, helping clients build healthier, stronger, and more confident versions of themselves.
